This installer requires the original Midwinter disk. It supports the version
from Microplay as well as the ones from the 'Quest & Glory' and 'Virtual
Reality' compilation.

You need 1 MB chip.

You have to install WHDLoad first.

V1.2	- Slave now fully pc-relative
	- Exit key changed to Numl

V1.1	- uses 'The Patcher' for image creation
	- access fault removed
